When current connector products are not suitable for your application, or simply if you want to stand out from the crowd, Inconnect offer a design service to provide you with a custom connectivity solution that meets all of your requirements.
We have a strong history of connector design and many of the products we have previously designed are now recognised as industry standards within the powered wheelchair and golf caddy markets.
Design of any bespoke item including custom connectors is always a collaborative process; working together we would initially determine your exact requirements and several concept drawings would be produced. Once these have been refined and 2D and 3D design work will follow and finally prototypes can be made using SLA style moulding methods.
At all times during the designing of your product communication is the key to success and any design changes or further requirements that come to light during the design process would be incorporated before production of your product is started.

Bespoke cable loom and harness design
Inconect also provide a complete service for all your interconnection requirements utilising existing connector products or alternatively custom designed connectors.

We have experience in a wide rage of solutions from simple cable preparation to complex looms involving multiple cores and connectors. We also offer an over moulding capability that can provide a rugged, tamperproof finish to any connector used.
