Accreditations
Drawing on the extensive skills developed in the cable harness sector Inconnect is able to now able to offer the manufacturing of control panels, DIN rail systems or electrical enclosures in line with customer specifications. We can also provide support during the design process and our Lean manufacturing experience assists us in reducing manufacturing costs.
Our venture into this area came about due to high demand from our customers for a totally exclusive electrical subcontractor. Whilst this started as a relatively new venture, our manufacturing knowledge obtained through our harness and connector projects, meant that it was a relatively painless process and Box build now makes up a significant part of our overall output.
As with all of our cable and connector manufacturing all boxes are 100% electrically and visually inspected by our dedicated QA department to ensure reliability levels are exceptional. Inconnect is highly flexible manufacturer who can cope with either low or high volume requirements, and will work with customers to ensure lead times are minimal. We also hold stock for customers allowing next day and line side deliveries of products as required.
