We have also developed a guided build process for the most complex and harnesses that uses a PC driven software system to aid harness manufacture, this system combines visual LED indicators to ensure correct wire routing with a test process ensuring that wires are fitted to the correct termination. The use of this system ensures that harnesses are built correct first time – every time.
Our committed approach to combined with our ISO 9001 : 2008 accreditation ensures that Inconnect's products are always made to a very high standard. Harness testing is also carried out using a dedicated test system enabling contact resistance testing and even the testing of electronic components embedded in harnesses or cable assemblies. We also operate a web portal for our customers that enables them to see what is happening to their products at any stage during the manufacturing process.
